排盤時，你輸入的出生日期、時間、性別和出生地（或你自填的時區與經度）會傳送到我們的伺服器 bazi.augenty.com，由伺服器計算命盤後傳回。伺服器不會保存這些資料：除非你在網站上登入並選擇儲存命盤，否則命盤的任何內容都不會被保存。你在應用程式裏為命盤取的名字只留在你的裝置上，不會傳送出去。
應用程式沒有登入功能。在網站上，你可以用電郵地址登入（不需密碼，我們會寄出登入連結），以儲存命盤和使用 AI 分析。帳戶會保存：

當你生成分析或傳送對話訊息時，命盤的文字版（出生日期、時間、出生地和性別，以及計算出的四柱和初評）連同你的訊息，會傳送給 AI 模型供應商以撰寫回覆，目前是 OpenAI（美國）和 DeepSeek（中國）。你的電郵地址不會傳送給他們。他們按各自的政策處理這些資料。
登入連結經 Google 的 Gmail 服務以電郵寄出。如提供付費點數，付款由 Stripe 處理：你的電郵地址會交給 Stripe 用於收據，我們只收到付款金額，看不到你的卡號。
和所有網站伺服器一樣，我們的伺服器會記錄每一個請求：你的 IP 位址、時間、所請求的網址，以及瀏覽器類型。部分排盤請求的網址包含出生年份和命盤的干支。這些紀錄只用於維持服務運作和發現濫用，不作其他用途，也不會分享。
八字排盤是為成年人而設，並非針對兒童。我們不會在知情下保存兒童的資料；如你認為有兒童登入了帳戶，請電郵給我們，我們會刪除該帳戶。

八字排盤 Bazi Chart is published by RPA Scale. This page covers the website bazi.augenty.com and the Bazi Chart app for Android and iOS, which shows the website's chart page inside the app. There are no ads and no analytics or tracking scripts, and nothing you do is sold or shared for marketing.
To draw a chart, the birth date, time, gender and place you enter (or the time zone and longitude you type) are sent to our server at bazi.augenty.com, which calculates the chart and sends it back. The server does not save them: unless you are signed in on the website and choose to save a chart, nothing about the chart is stored. The name you give a chart in the app stays on your device and is not sent.
The app has no sign-in. On the website you can sign in with your email address (no password; we email you a sign-in link) to save charts and use the AI analysis. For an account we keep:

Deleting a chart or a conversation in your account hides it from you, but the record stays on the server, because credits were charged against it. To have your account and everything in it erased, email us (below). The database is backed up before each update of the site (the 30 most recent copies are kept), so erased data leaves the backups as old ones are replaced.
When you generate an analysis or send a chat message, the chart as text (birth date, time, place and gender, with the calculated pillars and reading) and your message are sent to an AI model provider to write the reply: currently OpenAI (USA) and DeepSeek (China). Your email address is not sent to them. They handle it under their own policies.
Sign-in links are sent by email through Google's Gmail service. If paid credit top-ups are offered, payment is handled by Stripe: your email address goes to Stripe for the receipt, and we receive the amount paid, never your card details.
Like any web server, ours keeps a log of each request: your IP address, the time, the address requested and your browser type. For some chart requests the address includes the birth year and the chart's pillars. We use the logs to keep the service running and to spot abuse, and for nothing else, and we do not share them.
Bazi Chart is meant for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly keep a child's data; if you believe a child has signed in, email us and we will delete the account.
